Tak Man brings more than eight years of sales and management experience in high-tech and life-sciences contract publishing for the UK and US markets. He oversees print and online sales, marketing, and event coordination for Future Pharmaceuticals, Business Trends Quarterly, and Future Healthcare brands in the AIM portfolio.

Prior to joining AIM, Mr. Tak Man successfully re-organized and transformed North American publishing operations for a UK-based contract publisher in to a more customer-focused and efficient sales organization, leading to expanded growth opportunities and increased revenue.

Mr. Tak Man has held numerous senior positions for both marketing and sales in the US, and his extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences industry has been instrumental in shaping AIM's future growth strategy while serving the different needs of every client segment.

Mark L. Hogan
CFO


Mark has over 25 years of experience in financial and general management. Prior to working with AIM he served as CFO for TPI Composites, a $45-million (sales) manufacturer of composite fiberglass products. Mr. Hogan has also held senior management positions at Fountainhead Technologies, The Providence Journal, and Highland American Corporation.

Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and holds memberships in the Rhode Island and Pennsylvania state CPA societies. He earned a BSBA degree with a major in accounting from Georgetown University.

Mr. Hogan has primary responsibility for financial planning and record-keeping for the company.

Nigel Singh
Vice President Strategic Sales

Nigel Singh joined AIM directly from one of the leading media publishers to business communities. Mr. Singh has been widely recognized as a leading mind in the Healthcare B2B publishing marketplace. He has successfully created and launched multiple titles serving both US, European and Global Healthcare markets, and designed definitive sales strategies. Mr. Singh has also set up and developed a successful regional sales office in the UK for SPG Media, and has spent the last decade managing top B2B publications, websites and media.

Mr. Singh is responsible for the entire sales division of AIM, managing and developing the full portfolio of print, online, and digital media sales, as well as the delegate and sponsorship sales for the IMI Division's events and forums. He is actively engaged in improving and innovating the sales strategy of the company to a more customer-relationship driven business.

Karen Royan
Vice President Event Sales

Karen joins AIM as Vice President Sales for IMI Forums (Informed Market Intelligence), a division of AIM. She is responsible for the creation and execution of boutique forums for C level and senior executives across all industries and verticals. IMI is chartered with bringing new and emerging technologies to leaders in the corporate world.

Prior to joining AIM, Karen was the Director for Global Marketing and Branding at Birlasoft Inc., part of the CK Birla billion dollar group of companies. During her tenure at Birlasoft Karen was instrumental in morphing the Marketing division from a cost center to a profit center.

Susan Mandrew-Jones
Vice President, Human Resources

Susan spent most of her career in the publishing industry as an Advertising Sales Manager for the New York Times. She has been recognized as a consultative sales leader with Publisher Awards and a Sales Leadership Award nomination. Prior to joining AIM, Susan spent the last 5 years of her career as a Branch Manager and Recruitment Director in the Staffing industry. She has worked with senior HR executives in the financial services, IT, Media and Pharmaceutical industries.

Susan brings her consultative Sales and Human Resources experience to AIM. She will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources as it relates to recruiting, staff development, employee relations and benefits administration.

Joh Morris

Recent Gold Medal Winner for the best Integrated Marketing Campaign in Publishing at the 2007 Circulation Management Innovation Awards, Joh Morris joins us with 11 years of business-to business marketing experience in publishing, events and online retail, as well as global brand management.

Joh was previously the Marketing Director for Institutional Investor- Euromoney PLC and also Publishing Manager of a host of trade publications and websites at Haymarket Publishing LTD.

Grounded with a skill set of multi-channel marketing techniques, she is known as a specialist in developing market-leading brands, developing strategies for establishing brand positioning in a market and carving out new marketplaces with customized products that develop sales and recognition on a global scale.
